 These are our current room rates (in GBP / Pounds Sterling) from 1st April 2009 inclusive of our lovely breakfasts. The Foxton is our en-suite twin/double room with the option of twin beds or zipped into a super-king sized bed (Please book accordingly). The
Welland is an en-suite double room with a lovely garden and valley view, the Kilworth is an
en-suite ground-floor double room. The en-suites are luxury shower rooms with underfloor heated porcelain tiles, towel radiators and gleaming shower cubicles. Worktops provide plenty of space and a selection of toiletries and bath-robes are provided. We provide in all rooms TV's with DVD players, hospitality trays, desk, chair and wireless internet. A Fridge for guests contains fresh milk, water, soft drinks and juices. Prices include a delicious full English Farmhouse Breakfast cooked to your own personal order, amongst the 3 options we provide. We are open all year except for the Christmas period from 23rd December to 2nd January. We accept cash or cheques on checkout. We can process credit card payments * only in advance of or at the time of arrival, and a surcharge will be made of £2.00 per room per night (£1.50 if single occupancy). * To pay by credit card using PayPal for bookings or deposits we will email you a PayPal payment "button" for the amount due, (you do not need to have your own PayPal account). Check In time is 4:00pm, guests wishing to arrive before then should make specific arrangements. Check Out time on day of departure is 10:30am.
